Merv's Pitchfork Fondue is a young, vibrant company with many areas still available for franchisees right across North America. Each Canadian province is divided into four territories. An exclusive territory provides you the population base of approximately 150,000 people. There may be crossovers when large cities or centres are involved. Areas will be fully designated prior to the signing of franchise documents.
Master franchising or sub-franchises are available in the United States. Franchises are for five-year terms, with a five-year right of renewal.
All franchisees must be approved through our assessment process, and then trained on-site to become familiar with our techniques, equipment and recipes. The franchisee will operate full-time from March through to November with the capacity to serve approximately 10,000 to 12,000 people per year. It is imperative that each franchisee adhere to the company's standard of excellence. From cleanliness to top-quality foods and friendly service, each franchisee is expected to carry on the standards and traditions set by Merv's Pitchfork Fondue.
